Explore the basics of yoga in this class which will introduce the three pillars of yoga: postural alignment, breath work and meditation techniques. We will study each yoga posture together through step-by-step verbal description, demonstration. with a question and answer format. Class is limited to six participants to ensure intimacy and individualized attention. Our goal will be to help you to find your yoga practice through understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.

This class is perfect for those new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or interested in the finer harmonic details found in alignment.

Restrictions

The purchase of your ticket, ensures your space in class. Due to limited class sizes, refunds will not be given.  In the event that you are not able to attend a class- considered gifting your spot to a friend!

To ensure the optimal class experience, our minimum class size is 4, and maximum class size is 7.  In the event that the minimum class size is not met, class will be cancelled, you will be notified via text/ email and we will issue you a complete refund.
