The first step to whole-body alignment starts with the feet. Foot pain can be an indicator of whole-body malalignment, and a risk factor for other illnesses of the knee and hip. Whether you are tending to issues with the feet or you are working for preventative care, this class will help you to build a strong foundation from the feet up!  Beginners welcome.

Invite your friends and help spread the word! Space in this workshop is limited to a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 participants. In the event that the minimum is not met, the workshop will be cancelled and your money refunded.
