Explore the basics of function and form in this class intended to align the body, mind and spirit through yoga postures and meditation. We will study the breath, how it links movement, and explore optimal structural alignment to maximize energy flow and empower you to experience greater stability, freedom, and ease in each posture, including appropriate modifications. These classes are perfect for those new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or interested in the finer harmonic details found in alignment.


The purchase of your ticket, ensures your space in class. Due to limited class sizes, refunds will not be given.  In the event that you are not able to attend a class- considered gifting your spot to a friend!

To ensure the optimal class experience, our minimum class size is 4, and maximum class size is 7.  In the event that the minimum class size is not met, class will be cancelled, you will be notified via text/ email and we will issue you a complete refund.
