Explore the basics of yoga in this class which will introduce the three pillars of yoga: postural alignment, breath work and meditation techniques. We will study the yoga postures together through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Class is limited to six participants to ensure individual attention. Our goal will be to help you to find your yoga practice through understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.
